2021 Chemists Celebrate Earth Week (2021 CCEW)

SAZACS celebrated the Chemists Celebrate Earth Week (CCEW) on April 18–24, 2021, under the theme “Reducing Our Footprint with Chemistry.” One of the highlights of the CCEW was the illustrated ­poem contest organized for the local students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. This cross-curricular activity allowed students to express their creativity while learning about chemistry. It also provided an excellent opportunity for students and their schools to be recognized on both state and national levels.
