To celebrate 20243 National Chemistry Week (2023 NCW), the Southern Arizona Local Section of the American Chemical Society (SAZACS) is sponsoring an Illustrated poem contest on the theme "The Healing Power of Chemistry" for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Dr. Tara Archuleta from TUSD’s University High School won
the 2022 High School Teacher award. As our award winner, she will receive a check for $500. Another $500 will be gifted to University High for her to use to support her teaching. Her nomination will also be submitted for consideration at the next Rocky Mountain Regional Meeting. Learn more! |
